1) Microsoft has quietly rolled out a great security package that I exhort everyone to at least try, especially if you hate paying for anti-virus software, even you guys running Avira and AVG free editions. I am eve using this and it does not interfere with the performance of my machine. And it has already caught stuff (although they were unofficial false-positives... you know... cracks) and cleanly integrates into windows. This will handle virus and spyware infections. I now use this in conjunction with Spybot Search and Destroy, whereas, before, I didn't use Anti-Virus software, because that crap sucks. This does not suck. 2 Things of varying importance.
2) I started P90X last night and it was harder to finish this time than the first day last time. My upper arms are killing me. Actually I only made it through like 60% of the routine and 50% of Ab Ripper X. But it's a start. To be honest I didn't pace myself at all. Today I pay the price.
