2 Things of varying importance.

1) Microsoft has quietly rolled out a great security package that I exhort everyone to at least try, especially if you hate paying for anti-virus software, even you guys running Avira and AVG free editions. I am eve using this and it does not interfere with the performance of my machine. And it has already caught stuff (although they were unofficial false-positives... you know... cracks) and cleanly integrates into windows. This will handle virus and spyware infections. I now use this in conjunction with Spybot Search and Destroy, whereas, before, I didn't use Anti-Virus software, because that crap sucks. This does not suck. 2) I started P90X last night and it was harder to finish this time than the first day last time. My upper arms are killing me. Actually I only made it through like 60% of the routine and 50% of Ab Ripper X. But it's a start. To be honest I didn't pace myself at all. Today I pay the price.

i think i caught a 24 hour flu bug, needless to say I didn't do my workout last night. I guess I will have to do double time one of the days this weeks to catch back up.

sucks to be you... honestly. even spreading 2 workouts over the day (morning, night) is going to suuuuuck. haha. i think that happened to me once or twice and i thought about doubling up, but i then decided i'd probably quit if I tried to. so i just kept on the schedule. ow my arms.

feeling much better now. I did monday's workout last night and killed it. I even feel pretty good today.

finished the 3rd day. i did pretty good as well. Shoulders and Arms is nice when your whole body is aching. and i finished ab ripper. had to rest a lot of course, but i made it to the end. definitely better than the second time i did it at the beginning of the year. i need to find my bands though. all i got are 10's and it's been alright so far, but I'm going to need some more resistance soon.
