No, I'm not telling you what to use, but just don't believe what the media, Apple, and your neighbors are serving.
I strongly believe in trying things out before forming opinions on such things (obviously I'm not approving 'trying' things that are already proven harmful, ie. drugs, alcohol, etc). You think Apple sucks or Microsoft sucks, that's fine, but if the only 'experience' you have with said system is because 'i heard that' or 'my co-workers son who's an expert said' or 'my cat has kittens who say' that 'it's awesome' or 'it's horrible' you owe it to yourself and for all that is good and holy in this world to keep you worthless opinion to yourself or actually get some first hand experience.
