Monroe, Utah - Day 2,3,4,5

Well, Sunday we went to church and then I just slept from 3:00pm until like 6:30PM. It was just what the doctor ordered. We visited pretty much all day and bid adieu to Weston in the evening.

Monday we got up around 8:00~8:30am and around 10 we went with Mom and Dad to the cemetery to decorate some grave sites. Then we toured a little of the new contruction in Monroe and returned home. We got all the food,... we I say "we" when I mean "they"... got the food ready and we had an awesome Memorial Day lunch. After "we" cleaned up, Dad and I went golfing where I laid down a pathetic 61 to my dad's 41. I just felt crummy the whole time and I attributed that to being so out of shape and just finished eating a whole lot of food. We got back and visited/rested the rest of the evening.

Tuesday was Provo/Orem/Surrounding Area day. Cyn, Erin, Kate and I all piled into the Civic and drove up north. We chatted the whole way up arriving at Erin and Weston's apartment in about 2 hours. We waited around till Weston could take care of Kate and then Cyn and I went to the South American Market on Center and picked up some "supplies". After a couple of mediocre empanadas, we (after some hum-hawing) ended up at the mall. We shopped for a bit, met my parents and Alex Jr. there and then after some more shopping, met Erin at the Orem Cafe Rio for lunch.

Dude, this sounds like a journal. Oh well, if anyone asks about the trip I can just say, visit my blog.

Anyway, after lunch my parents left to go back to Monroe with Alex Jr. and Cyn and I ended up back at the mall. We spent the rest of the time shopping and visiting with Weston (who works at a skateshop at the mall) and Erin. We then left for home around 9:00pm. Got home around 11pm and went to bed. Not that type of "went to bed". The boring kind. Just sleep.

Today, being Wednesday, was spend on the road and in Bryce canyon and the surrounding areas. It was pretty awesome as I hadn't ever really visited there and Cyn certainly hadn't. I took a bunch of picture and actually scored some good ones. Dad took the scenic way home which was pretty relaxing and enjoable. There are towns smaller than Austin and Marysvalle down there!

Tomorrow will be our last official day as Friday we are going home sometime in the afternoon. It's been pretty fun but not as relaxing as I was hoping (lotsa driving and traveling!). But I am totally enjoying it.

Late
